4. Limitation of Liability

Business Solutions is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

5. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes shall be resolved before the competent courts in Jeddah.
