Free consultation — 30 minutes

One call with an Odoo expert on the single question you choose. No sales pitch, no selling inside the call, and a written summary of what was agreed.

How the thirty minutes are split
  1. 00–05

    Context

Your business, your size, your user count and what the team works on today — so the opinion fits your size rather than another company’s.

Output: a quick picture of the situation

  2. 05–15

    Diagnose the question

We go deep on the question you brought: what you tried, what did not work, which decision is pending, and which constraints cannot be moved.

    Output: a defined, clear question

  3. 15–25

    First recommendation

What we believe is right, what we believe is wrong, and what needs more data before judging — plainly, even when the opinion is that you do not need a new system.

    Output: a clear, prioritised opinion

  4. 25–30

    Next step

If joint work is warranted we set out its scope and what would be delivered; if it is not, we advise on what is enough without us and stop there.

Output: a clear decision — proceed or not

What you get

  • Ordered priorities: what starts first and what waits
  • An explicit warning on the common mistakes in your case

Direct answers

Before you book

Four questions everyone asks before booking, answered the way we answer them on the call.

Who will I actually be talking to?

One of our experts who works on Odoo — implementation and training — with more than ten years across different projects, not a salesperson. They may be joined by a specialist closest to your sector (manufacturing, retail, contracting, services) depending on your question. If the matter requires regulated-sector expertise such as pharmaceuticals or food with its statutory requirements, we say so plainly and refer a specialist, because that responsibility is not ours to carry on your behalf.

What exactly happens in the thirty minutes?

Five minutes to understand your business, your size and what the team works on today; ten minutes to diagnose the problem or pending decision you describe; ten minutes for a clear first recommendation — what we believe is right, what we believe is wrong, and what needs more data; and five minutes for the next step if you want one. It is not a company introduction and not a sales pitch — the whole time is on your question.

Is it genuinely free, or is there a catch?

Free with no counter-obligation: no card, no contract and nothing to buy in exchange for the session. Why we offer it is straightforward and we say it plainly: this is our field, and the session shows us whether your situation warrants working together. If it does, we send a proposal afterwards with no obligation on you; if it does not, we say so and advise you on what is enough without us. We do not sell inside the call because that would spoil its value.

Are 30 minutes enough to diagnose our problem?

No, and we do not claim otherwise. Thirty minutes is enough to understand the question, set an initial direction and order the priorities — not for a full diagnosis or a review of a system or dataset. Some matters need a longer session or sight of your data and reports, and we tell you that inside the call along with what it would take: an analysis session, a technical review or a site survey. It is more honest to say “we need a longer session” than to give a quick opinion a decision gets built on.

Topics

What we advise on

Eight questions that come up in consultations, all of them decisions taken before or after a purchase — and both kinds are expensive to get wrong.

Do we need a new system?

The consultation we are asked for most: we review what you have and say whether it is enough with improvement, needs replacement, or simply needs to be used properly.

A decision before buying

Choosing and comparing systems

A practical comparison of the options against your actual need: processes, total cost, continuity and how far it scales.

Compared on your need

Reviewing an existing implementation

A system implemented but not used properly, or a stalled rollout: we identify where the fault is — configuration, data, training, or the process itself.

A diagnosis without starting over

Scoping and phasing

What is delivered first and what waits, and how to phase it so something tangible lands early without an all-or-nothing risk.

An executable scope

Multiple entities and branches

Entity and branch structure, consolidated statements, intercompany transactions and transfer pricing — before they become an accounting problem.

An early structural decision

Reporting and decisions

Which report management actually needs, from which data it is built, and why today’s report is not trusted — usually a data problem rather than a system one.

A report you can trust

People and training

Is the problem the system or how it is used? We pin the gap precisely and say whether the answer is training for specific roles rather than another purchase.

A usage gap, not a system one

A two-year roadmap

Ordering what you want to achieve across phases and budgets, so projects do not collide and the budget is not spent in the first six months.

A realistic sequence

Experience

Why us

Experience measured by what we have delivered and what we turn down — not by certificates on a wall.

More than ten years in Odoo

Delivery and training across successive releases, from small projects to multi-entity groups — so the advice rests on what has been tried rather than what has been read.

The company’s own experience

Several sectors, not one

Manufacturing, retail, contracting, distribution and services — that variety is what tells us which practice fits your operation and which does not.

Practices that have been tested

A documented method

We work in phases with approval gates and clear governance, and you can review our method before contracting rather than after.

A published method

A straight opinion on what we do not do

There are fields we do not work in: legal, tax and audit advisory, and issuing certificates. We refer you to a specialist and take no commission.

Stated limits

The experience stated is our team’s experience in delivering and training Odoo, and we provide reference and project details on request during or after the call — we do not publish client names without their permission. We are not a certification body and not a legal or tax advisory firm.

After the call

What happens after the consultation

The call does not end in the air: a clear output whatever the outcome, even when the outcome is that you do not need us.

  • 01

    A written summary

After the call we send a summary of what was agreed: the question, the opinion, the priorities, and what needs more data.

    Within one business day

  • 02

    A proposal if it fits

If your situation warrants working together we send a proposal with a clear scope; if it does not, we say so and send nothing.

    No obligation on you

  • 03

    Follow-up where needed

If you later need a quick opinion at a fork in the road, a short call is enough — we do not treat a consultation as a one-off event.

    A relationship, not a transaction

  • When

    When a consultation helps

A consultation saves the most when you are facing a decision — not when you are looking for information you could read.

    Facing a system purchase

Before signing with a vendor: we review the proposal, scope and commitments, and say what is missing and what it may cost you later.

    A stalled or late rollout

A project past its schedule, with a changed team or a swollen scope: we pinpoint the root cause and what is worth continuing.

    A system the team avoids

Live for months while the work still runs on spreadsheets: we separate a training gap from a configuration gap from a management one.

    Growth or expansion

A new branch, entity or production line: does the current system carry it as is, or does it need a structural change first.

    Reports nobody trusts

Management numbers do not match reality: we trace the difference — data, configuration, or a manual step outside the system.

    A training or hiring decision

Do you need an in-house system owner or training for the current team: we answer by your size and user count rather than a general rule.

    Scope

    Consulting scopes

After the free consultation, if deeper work is needed these are our entry points — with no published prices, because scope is what sets cost.

    الأكثر طلبًا

    Focused analysis session

A longer session with sight of your data, reports and proposal: a written report of gaps, risks and a phased roadmap.

    A documented decision

    نطاق ممتد

    Monthly advisory

A fixed monthly advisory allocation for scattered decisions, a periodic review of project progress and indicators, and attendance at vendor meetings when needed.

    Quoted after the consultation

We publish no prices: every scope is quoted in a proposal after we understand the question. The free consultation itself carries no fee and no obligation, and Odoo licence fees and hosting are outside our scope.

    FAQ

    Questions asked before booking

Direct answers on the call, the scope, responsibility and what we do not do — without inflation.

Who will I actually be talking to?

Are 30 minutes enough to diagnose our problem?

No, and we do not claim otherwise. Some matters need a longer session or sight of your data and reports, and we tell you that inside the call along with what it would take: an analysis session, a technical review or a site survey. It is more honest to say “we need a longer session” than to give a quick opinion a decision gets built on.

How is the call run and who should attend from our side?

The decision maker or whoever knows the operational detail should attend — two people are usually better than five, because the call is short. We ask for no presentation and no documents in advance; if you have a vendor proposal or a report you want our opinion on, send it an hour before the slot and we will take it up in the call. We run the time to a published agenda (5/10/10/5 minutes) so it is not spent on introductions.

What does the consultation not cover?

Legal, tax and audit advisory; issuing certificates or accrediting systems; laboratory testing of products; deciding on management’s behalf (we give an opinion and a recommendation and the decision stays yours); and writing a proposal for another vendor or negotiating on your behalf. These are not formal reservations: providing them without the right licence harms you before it harms us.

Can the consultation be arranged for a whole team or several departments?

Yes, but not in 30 minutes. The free call is designed for one question with two or three people. If what is needed is a workshop across departments or a briefing for the management team, that falls under the focused analysis session or monthly advisory scope, where we prepare tailored material and run a longer session with more than one expert where needed.

We are a systems implementation, integration and training company — not a certification body and not a legal, tax or audit advisory firm. The free consultation lasts 30 minutes and provides an initial understanding and a preliminary recommendation; it is not a full diagnosis or a review of a system or dataset, and it does not replace an analysis session where one is needed. The experience stated is our team’s experience in Odoo and its details are available on request. We announce no savings percentages or guaranteed results before measuring them against an agreed baseline.
